Helga Lang - Logo place holder

My goal is to be knowledgeable and

supportive to all my clients – and helping

them accomplish  their  goals.   I see myself

as providing the tools for them to reach

optimal health,whether for themselves

or their infants.

Stepping into Helga’s office, you realize immediately that you have come to a unique place of peace and healing. But it is her extensive knowledge combined with her inquisitive nature that makes you realize you are in a safe environment.

Helga treats patients through all stages of life from recovery of birth trauma in infants to acute and chronic injuries in adults. Her integrative work encompasses a broad spectrum that includes cranio-sacral therapy, post-accident trauma as well as more traditional physical therapy techniques. She brings the east and west philosophies to every facet of her work.

Her competent skills as a physical therapist combined with her caring nature create a supportive healing environment. As a mother of two adult children, Helga recognizes the importance of empowerment – both in her clients as well as her community. One of her favorite ways to do so is mentoring young people, particularly young women.

Helga’s love of adventure and travel has taken her to multiple continents both as a traveler as well as a student. She chose to settle in the Pacific Northwest after managing her own physical therapy clinic in Alaska for over twenty years.

Helga is an outstanding therapist yet remains a playful free spirit who continues to serve her clients and community.

After 35+ years as a physical therapist, Helga has decided to retire. She will continue to cherish the time with her clients and thanks them all for their support and work over the years. Here's to retirement!
